My name is Adrian Perez and I am the Principal Agent for Epoch Real Estate.

My background in business management has enabled me to fine tune my already strong commitment to quality customer care.

Being connected to the community is important to me. This will be my 9th year as a volunteer at Meals on Wheels, in addition to my other volunteer work.

Our service ethos is "Focus on the Connection before the Transaction." You will find me to be a calm and approachable, but a firm negotiator.
